But this unforgettable setting is just the beginning, as our Los Naranjos Restaurant, named for the many citrus trees that surround our restaurant, sources local ingredients for both international and Nicaragua plates. Our farm supplies most of the ingredients and we only eat fresh at San Juan de la Isla, in season and vine ripened.
Our menu is constantly evolving according to what is fresh and ready to enjoy, especially our smoothies and fruit drinks which take advantage of the island’s best fruit farm on site with more than two dozen species of fruit. It also features salads, fresh lake fish, pastas, grilled grass-fed beef and range chicken, as well as vegan plates. For those who wish to experience Central America’s finest cuisine, we always include authentic Nicaraguan recipes, our culture expressed in the kitchen.
